Common questions about registering and transferring TLDs
What’s the difference between this and Lifetime Domains?
These are classic TLDs (.com, .ca, .io, etc.) that renew annually. Lifetime Domains are a curated set of premium extensions you pay once for and never renew.
How much does renewal cost?
Registrations and transfers are discounted 33% off the regular price. Renewal pricing is the regular price and is listed in the TLD pricing cards above so there are no surprises later.
Can I transfer in a domain I already own?
Yes. Search the domain you own here, choose Transfer In on the result, paste your EPP / auth code from your current registrar, and we will handle the registry-side transfer (includes 1 year extension).
Do you support .ca registrations?
Yes, we are a Canadian host. .ca registration requires a CIRA legal type (CCT, RES, CCO, ...) which we collect after checkout.
Why are some domains marked Premium?
The registry has reserved certain SLDs at non-standard prices (sometimes thousands of dollars). We block self-checkout on those. Contact support if you want one and we will quote the actual price.
Can I turn off auto-renew?
Yes, from your client area on each domain detail page. Off-renew domains expire at the registry on the next anniversary unless you renew manually.
