How do I access my hosting account?
Log in to your Hostdeal account at hostdeal.com/login using the email address you signed up with. From your dashboard, you can access StartCP, manage your domains, and view your account details.
How do I install WordPress?
Log in to StartCP, open One-Click Installs, and select WordPress. Fill in your site details and click Install. The entire process takes less than a minute and your WordPress site will be ready immediately.
How do I point my domain to Hostdeal?
Update your domain's nameservers at your domain registrar to point to Hostdeal's nameservers. If you purchased a lifetime domain through Hostdeal, the nameservers are already configured for you. DNS changes typically propagate within 24-48 hours.
How do I create an email account?
Log in to StartCP, go to Email Manager, and click Create Account. Enter the desired email address and password. You can then access your email via webmail or configure it in any email client using the provided IMAP/SMTP settings.
How do I enable SSL/HTTPS?
Free SSL certificates are included with every Hostdeal account. In StartCP, go to SSL Certificates and click Enable. Your certificate will be automatically issued and renewed. You can then force HTTPS redirects from the same panel.
What's included in the free backups?
Hostdeal performs automatic daily backups of your entire hosting account, including all websites, databases, emails, and configurations. Backups are retained for 7 days. You can restore any backup from StartCP or contact support for assistance.
